Terms of service.

Daily PM provides a daily prompt for product managers, AI-graded feedback on written answers, multiple-choice exercises, and progress tracking. Content is delivered via the dailypm.app website and via transactional email.

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in email. We use magic-link authentication; if you lose access to your email, you may lose access to your account.

You may not share your account, automate scraping of lessons, or use multiple accounts to abuse the free trial.

Daily PM offers two plans:

• Monthly: $12 USD per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Annual: $89 USD per year, billed annually, includes one year of Sọ Mail Pro

Pricing is in US dollars. International customers may see currency-converted amounts on their statement. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers retain their current price for the duration of their active term.

The first three lessons are free for new accounts. After three submissions, full access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription or by emailing hello@dailypm.app.

Monthly: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

Annual: refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the term but no refund is issued. The included Sọ Mail Pro coupon may be revoked if a refund is processed.

Annual subscribers receive a coupon code for one year of Sọ Mail Pro at no additional cost. The coupon is provided "as is" and is honored by Sọ Mail Security (also operated by Slim Prep Inc). Pricing and availability of Sọ Mail Pro vary by region; the coupon covers Pro at any regional rate.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the lesson content
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content as your written answers
• Attempt to overwhelm the AI grading system or the underlying APIs
• Resell access to your account or to the service
• Use Daily PM to violate any applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Where possible, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to address the issue first.

The lesson content, AI-generated feedback, brand assets, and software underlying Daily PM are owned by Slim Prep Inc and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of the written answers you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your answers for the purposes of operating the service.

Grades and feedback are produced by an AI system (Anthropic Claude) and are intended as practice tools, not professional advice. The AI can be wrong. Use your own judgment when applying feedback to real-world product decisions. Daily PM is a practice product, not a substitute for mentorship or professional consulting.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GRADES WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIM PREP INC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DAILY PM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may stop using Daily PM and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data is purged according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario unless both parties agree otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
